Wholesale Account Manager


We are seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to provide support to our Wholesale Manager in implementing and developing best practice when it comes to managing our Wholesale clients. You will ensure end to end facilitation of wholesale accounts across Australia and New Zealand and any Key International accounts. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be dynamic in your approach. Proven experience within a customer service or administration role is ideal to set you up for success. The role is available in either a part-time or full-time capacity, based at our HeadQuarters in Byron Bay.


  • Manage end-to-end relationships with timely follow up
  • Coordinate and conduct sales presentations to secure sales in line with budget expectations
  • Support look book execution to ensure sales tools are brand aligned and accurately present each seasonal collection to our customer 
  • Communicate and manage sales budgets with AU account base
  • Manage customer expectations around order sizes 
  • Ensure all accounts adhere to Spell’s Terms of Trade and comply with Retailer Guidelines
  • Manage budgets and drive sales in-line with agreed financial targets and in accordance budget allocation
  • Address accounts with payment concerns prior to manufacturing orders
  • Manage the dispatch process for orders with Warehouse Manager
  • Ensure Retailers details on the Spell website are up to date
  • Communicate with relevant departments to ensure consolidated Spell messaging to market
  • Data entry and management of all Wholesale orders and invoices
  • Ensure seasonal orders are imported from JOOR into Netsuite and details are accurate
  • Communicate customer commitments to orders placed, and ensure orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Communicate relevant Spell updates and assets for collection launches to Wholesale customer base
  • Create anecdotal and analytical reports as required
  • Process all Wholesale return requests
  • Management of SMS and TOP sample ranges



You are outgoing with the ability to develop relationships authentically. You will be extremely organised and thrive under pressure with an ability to communicate effectively to external and internal stakeholders. You enjoy working as part of a team, but you're able to work independently and prioritise your own workload, as well as having the ability to be self-motivated and focused on the job at hand.



  • Previous experience working within sales
  • A confident communicator with customer service experience
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage ongoing relationships
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Flexibility to travel as and when required
  • Understanding of consumer and fashion trends/insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Personable and approachable nature with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team


  • Experience using Joor & Netsuite
  • Experience within the fashion industry


  • Finish at 3pm on Fridays
